I was surprised that I didn't notice how big this pan was but was lucky enough to own my own pizza oven. My first batch of bread made for a neighborhood fundraiser (for a child) was a huge hit, including one woman who claimed it was better than the bread she had in France! The framework of the pan allows it to cool without a separate rack. I look forward to more homemade baguettes.
