The "monkey Bread" mold performs just fine. The recipes on the side of the box were a bit generous in the bread ingrediedient causing the contents to overflow when the dough rises so use a little caution. Don't fill more than 1/2 to 2/3 with the unrisen dough. The breads are delicious. Follow directions for greasing the inside of the mold. I have had no problems with breads sticking to the mold and they remove easily. Because the mold is ceramic you have to place it in a cold oven, then turn on the oven to prevent thermal shock and possible cracking. Don't start your cooking timer until the temperature reaches the recommended setting or the bread will be undercooked. The mold is hollow and there is an air hole in the bottom, so if you wash it in a dishwasher you will end up with some water inside the shell that is a bit difficult to drain.
