Since many of the planned goodies are going to be in loaf form, I decided to buy two sets of these loaf pans - I didn't want to spend too much money, and the price was good. I am very pleased with the product. I have baked several batches of various kinds of breads and cakes in them, and every time, they bake up perfectly even. The pan heats evenly, so there are no burnt or under-cooked areas. They are also quite heavy, which probably contributes to the even baking. The size is perfect for a loaf for two. I can highly recommend these pans.
