Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Pro S 8-Inch High Carbon Stainless-Steel Bread Knife Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)A fine knife for most bread but when cutting large, tough loaves it has trouble "finishing" off the bottom of the crust. A better design is a knife with a slight curve, and sure enough Henckels has one of those as well. If you like hearty, thick crusted bread, then spend a few more dollars and buy the 9" instead.

31026-203Great for cutting bread or any other food of soft substance with a tough skin or crust. Do NOT cut meat or fish with this scalloped or serrated edge knife as it will not produce an even slice with those foods. Features: -SIGMAFORGE One Piece Construction. -Laser controlled edge is sharper and stays sharper longer because it has a more consistent blade angle. -Black polypropylene handle. -Friodur Ice Hardened has Maximum no stain properties and more blade strength. -Full horizontal tang without rivets design for balance. -Handwash recommended. -Blade Dimension: 8''.
