(More customer reviews)Made in the USA, which is always a plus for me, thick and a bit heavy. I also noticed it doesn't slide on the oven racks as easily as the cheapers ones did. But....from what I can see, I expect this product to give me years of use. I've tried cheaper ones and they rusted out within the first year! I really like that I can shape the loaf right over the insert, then set it into the holder with ease. Removing the cooked loaf is just as easy to do. I've only used it twice but I see no reason to need another one. Both times there was plenty of grease left under the insert, not touching the loaf at all. I really love this loaf pan!

The USA Pans Meat Loaf Pan with Insert is constructed of aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial cookeries and bakeries. The metal thickness of pan has been selected to allow for even heat distribution and maximum service life. An important and unique feature of this pan is its corrugated design. Corrugation maximizes the pans strength and prevents warping, denting and other effects of everyday use. Insert allows for natural, quick and easy separation of oil and fat from meatloaf for healthier cooking. Pan is coated with Americoat. Americoat is a proprietary silicone coating. It provides a clear, non-stick, environmentally friendly, non-toxic baking surface, specially formulated for superior baking. It's FDA approved; it does not contain PTFE's or PFOA's. It is not recommended to exceed baking temperature of 400 degrees F. Easy care. To clean, simply wipe clean after use; soap and water are okay to use. It is not recommended that pan be washed in dishwasher because harsh chemicals can cause the non-stick material to breakdown in time. Dry pan completely, after cleaning.
