The paper making mold is oven-proof and extremely convenient as it eliminates the delicate unmolding process, as well as the transfer and storage of the cake or pastry. Each mold is freestanding and microwave and oven safe up to 450 degrees F. Each mold is freezer-safe as well. This baking mold has a dark brown paper background accented with gold fleur-de-lys. It is made of pure cellulose calendered paper and is micro-flute corrugated with micro-perforations to eliminate excess humidity.
