(More customer reviews)i don't know what to say really, i cleaned and oiled these pans before putting the dough into them and the bread stuck like glue to the sides of the pans.
i also used a norpro pan which looks identical to the kaiser and the bread popped right out.
maybe they have to be used a few times first? I will try again next time i bake but considering that the pans were oiled and the bread was shaped with oil not flour i am amazed at how tenaciously the bread stuck to this pan...
