(More customer reviews)These knives are exactly what I was looking for. I don't cook frequently, but wanted to have reliable cutlery for when I do. This set is more than up to the task. I have every type of knife I would need, and it's great to have a nice set of steak knives. Be aware, there are not enough slots in this block for both santoku knives. I have to keep one in a drawer.
