I've had the same spatulas since I was married 34 years ago and was in dire need to something newer and better. This rada turnover fits the bill - it's sturdy and has a nice short handle which makes it very easy to manipulate.
As with other Rada products, you don't want to let this sit in water or wash it in the dishwasher if you are put off by discoloration. The aluminum handles don't keep their nice matte appearance if you don't hand wash and then dry these immediately.
