(More customer reviews)This knife is sold as a short bread knife. I have found that it is perfect for cutting a fresh pineapple. The serrations are just right to make quick work of the outer peel of the pineapple. I also use it for bagels and homemade rolls. The black handle has proven very durable and has a nicer feel than the metal one which I have on one of Rada's longer bread knives.
