This Kaiser oval bread pan is great to bake in, never sticks. Over all pan is 12.5 long by 7" wide. Inside measures 10 3/4" long x 5 3/4 wide x 3 1/4 deep. It bakes an artisan looking loaf of bread. I use half stone ground whole wheat flour and half King Arthur all purpose flour and it bakes a beautiful loaf. I also use 2 tablespoons yeast per loaf because wheat flour is heavier and needs the lift from the extra yeast. I can't say enough nice things about this pan. Also, I am baking my bread for 30 minutes using a toaster oven instead of my big oven and the loaf is baked all the way through. I like a softer crust, so when I take it out to cool, I turn it over, and leave the pan on the loaf for 8 to 10 minutes while it's cooling before I remove it completely. This makes all the heat and moister that usually just evaporates into the air go back into the loaf and you have a nice moist loaf of bread.
