(More customer reviews)At $40, pass on this pair, but at about half that cost, you'll be very pleased. The size of the board was no surprise to me, as I looked at its image compared to the image of the knife. The knife is just fine for bread, which is what it's sold for. If you're looking for a carving knife, make another selection. Need a paring knife? Not this one. Bread knife? Yep, this is it. I also use it for tomatoes and cake. The only knife I own that I run through the dishwasher.
