(More customer reviews)I bought this product because my old bread knife was one of those very thin, 1960's models. I could not slice a loaf of bread evenly with it. The Centurion has a good balance and weight in my hand. I can slice through a loaf of 100% wholewheat bread, and the slices come out just like I want them to. Excellent knife, I'm glad I purchased it.
