(More customer reviews)I've been looking for this knife for about 10 years. My dad purchased one for my mom through a restaurant supply catalog years ago. I love it to cut bread and I know that I can pre-slice an entire loaf and it will be the right width for a sandwich --- not too thin, or too fat, or end up with only half a piece. Never had a problem with my mom's dulling.... I can't wait to get my own!!
