(More customer reviews)This this the single best bakeware made in world making an incredible crust. This is my second loaf pan added to my large Emile Henry collection. Unfortnately, this piece must be factory rejected second as the glazing is not fully around the surface and the top edge is very rough from an improper glazing application. If you want real quality Emile Henry then visit your local retail kitchen shop as that isn't what Amazon is selling.
