(More customer reviews)This is a cool product, saves a lot of time, fun and quick. It would be perfect if the section the holds the bagel could be adjusted, not all bagels are the same thickness, some of my bagels barely fit into the hold or it was difficult to cut the bagel perfectly in half--meaning 1/2 the bagel in a toaster oven is chrispy and the other lightly done. Overall, I'm pleased with this product.
