It is the best thing for those who want to make Tortillas/Flatbread/Rotis/Puris at home. You just have to know the right technique to make it work perfectly. 1)The Dough should be soft enough. 2)The product should be warm enough before you start making Tortillas/Rotis/Puris. 3)Place the ball at the back-center of the surface. 4)For people who are looking to buy it for making rotis, you need to use the flour for making balls just as it is required while making rotis the traditional way using rolling pin.
