(More customer reviews)I have been baking two loaves of bread per week with my 5X10 pans for about a year and they show absolutely no signs of wear. I just bought a new oven that will accomodate four pans so I am buying additional pans.
The pans are heavily constructed. The non-stick surfaces are very high quality. It is advised to lightly oil the interior surfaces before baking. The bread comes out perfect every time. What more can you ask?

Calphalon's 5-by-10-inch loaf pan is constructed of heavyweight, aluminized steel that distributes heat evenly and will not twist or warp over time. Sturdy, reinforced rolled rims enable this pan to maintain its level bottom and perfectly rectangular shape. Folded corners add durability and produce crisp, professional edges. The two-tone surface promotes perfect browning. A silver grey exterior assures an efficient baking time and a medium grey interior protects against overbrowning. The reliable nonstick surface is made to release baked goods cleanly and completely, so cleanup is fast and easy. The pan is oven safe to 450 degrees F, but is not broiler safe. Dishwasher detergents contain caustic chemicals that will damage the nonstick surface and void the lifetime warranty. To best maintain the pan, use nylon, wood or coated utensils when cooking and cleaning. When storing, place a linen or paper towel between the pan and other items to prevent one from scratching the other. The pan is covered by Calphalon's lifetime warranty when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions.
