Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Pro S 5-Inch Stainless-Steel Serrated Utility Knife Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)We live on our boat, almost full time. Although our galley is about the size of a medium on-land kitchen, the space for cutlery is relatively compact. The Pro-S series, in general is superior to any knife I have ever used. Specifically the 5 inch serrated utility knife is the single most used knife in our collection. For slicing veggies or anythng with a crust there is no equal. For slicing tomatoes it is almost a joke between Liz and I, that we can make one tomato last for a week because we can make the slices so thin and even.
