(More customer reviews)I received this bread knife as a Christmas gift. I have several other bread knives, and I bake artisan breads weekly. This knife cuts through the hard crusted breads effortlessly, I was very surprised! It cuts through my no-knead whole wheat loaf like butter. I am usually sawing through the crust with my other knives. The seration on this knive is quite different from my other more expensive knives.
