(More customer reviews)For the price I paid it is an excellent addition to my collection of knives. I don't do that much bread slicing, but this filled the slot nicely. German steel, shaped in China, it's not a Shun, Onion or Masamoto but it works and works well. Shipping and delivery were excellent from the vendor. I bought others. I did find them at Bed Bath and Beyond but were more expensive. I also added the boner, Deba and Nakiri for lending or travel as I do not lend my good stuff to anyone. I learned the hard way.
