(More customer reviews)First Nordic Ware cake I made that was not real tasty & was very dry. Made this one in my black Nordic Ware Pan, the baking time could have been cut back by 15 minutes. If that doesn't work, then its in the mix. I have on occasion tried some of the other flavors & they were delicious. I always cut my heat back 25 degrees with Nordic Ware Pans so that was not the problem.
