(More customer reviews)This is a very nice tool if you are making bread by hand. I use it as a whisk and stir bread all the way to the point when I have to knead the dough by hand. It does not clog up, like a regular wisk would and it works well for large (10lb) batches. I prefer it over other stirring utensils (it does require some muscle, no surprise there)!

This bread dough mixer with beech wood handle is 14 inches in length. Mixing dough is much easier with this tool than with whisks or wooden spoons. Easy to clean. Made in Poland.
