The exterior features a polyester/cotton blend, while the interior is a high-temp polyester that keeps breads or rolls hot for up to one hour. This versatile unit also works well for keeping biscuits, pancakes, bread sticks, flatbreads, or bagels warm. The bread warmer may be used in microwave- not for use in conventional ovens.
