(More customer reviews)I am stunned that a company would advertise and sell this product as the new hoover platinum vac. I just received it. I am a huge fan of these vacuums. THERE is no difference. DO NOT spend money on this vacuum with the idea that it is a new model. I am not able to let the company know as Amazon is down. It was not even a plantinum vacuum that was sent.
