Yes, I'm a carb and sugar lover. Can't go a week without speghetti and mac and cheese. I love French Vanilla ice cream and oreos and I'll crave a Pepsi or a Coke too. I thought buying a carb controller would help me, but I needed something that would help control the sugar as well. This product has everything.
I do like it and I recommend it, but it appears to me that it doesn't necessarily cause weight loss, but it has prevented me from gaining weight when I go on one of my carb binges. I'm happy about that and will always keep a bottle on hand for that reason.
I must warn you though. The directions say to take 3 of these with meals. The first day I did that I had horrible gas all day. I didn't want to have to stop taking it so I lowered my dose to 2 pills with each carb meal and that actually did the trick. I actually watch my carb intake, my calories, and my fat, but now I can have my carb and eat it too.
