(More customer reviews)This pan was supposed to have a special coating on it and be pre-seasoned. It has a very rough texture and rusts easily making it a chore to care for. I use cast iron pans all the time and never had a bad experience with one - until now. I would not buy it again - and will not buy another Emeril kitchen product because of this bad experience.
