(More customer reviews)Love this. Had to have it after finally seeing the one my mom bought months ago (we lived across the country at the time). This pan cleans like a dream. The red is a warm, tomato red. Beautiful color. I baked lasagna with extra cheese. The lasagna servings literally slid out of the pan. After I had emptied it, I washed it at the sink and the remaining sauce and cheese cleaned right off the sides and edges. The bits of cheese that sometimes scorch and stick? Wiped right off with warm soapy water. The main reason I wanted this pan is because it's so deep and when making lasagna I never fail to have overflow. Not so with this one. Plenty of height. It's also plenty of pan. Instead of running out of pan, this time I ran out of sauce. I'm very happy with my purchase. When the weather clears up, this can also be used to transfer items from the grill to the house. Great for a roast and vegetables too.
