(More customer reviews)I had been given a set of Rada knives and liked the sharpness of the blades. I needed another chef's knife, so I bought this one. Although it's lighter and stays sharper than my Henkels, it takes some getting used to. I've seriously cut myself twice with it. Rada blades are fairly flexible, so they seem to be better for smaller knives than these larger ones. I still use this knife, but it's not really strong enough to be a serious chef's knife.
