Whether you want a 15.5 inch loaf of soft bread for an all-american style hero, or 2 stout baguettes, this pleated sheat of perforated metal will do the job. A center ridge rises 1/2 inch higher than the 2 inch sides, a real advantage when it comes to keeping the 2 loaves from sticking together as they swell and bake. A glaze of siverstone nonstick coating helps the breads release from the pan. Bread develops a thin, crunchy crust when baked in this pan.
