(More customer reviews)I have been using this pan for meatloaf for about a year now and I really like it. It is two pieces, one with drain holes in it fits inside the other. The pan can be used as a bread pan as well. Meatloaf tastes great without grease! I do not use this for game meat meatloaf because there is usually no fat and it comes out too dry. Regular beef works great.

(More customer reviews)I've got two of these pans. This pan is a MUST for anyone who cooks meatloaf! I've had mine for over 5 years and I've never had a problem with it. It's amazing to see how much grease actually drips to the bottom of the pan. I gave one to a friend who loves meatloaf and was always complaining about all the grease left behind in her old pans. And she LOVES it too.
