I am making gluten free breads in this machine and it has customizable settings that allow me to cook this type of bread easily. You can make breads, meat loafs, cakes and more in this well made piece of equipment and I am impressed with the craftsmanship of this product. If you are going to make an investment in a good quality, beautiful piece of equipment for your kitchen, this is the way to go.
On a side note, the accessories that come with are not really the best quality. The oven mit is nice but the cups and spoons are not a good metal. They are not Zojirushi's product just for the record so I would suggest just buying the machine.
