(More customer reviews)Both my husband and I were disappointed in this knife. He's disappointed that it isn't as sharp as he'd like. I'm disappointed that the angle is awkward to use. I'd thought I'd use it for cutting our homemade bread but after using it once I went back to our manual serrated knife which is much easier to use. I was also disappointed in it for slicing tomatoes since the dullness meant it didn't cut smoothly through the tomato. I would not recommend this knife.
