Orka Silicone Loaf Pan, Black Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)just got my pan and it wasn't as I expected. from handle to handle is 13 inches but from the description I thought the inside actual pan part was going to be 13 inches so it was much smaller then I wanted.
still a nice pan just take note of the pan really being 9.5 inches inside

Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Grip Colored Paring Knives, Set of 4 Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)At first I was turned off by the bright (gaudy) colors. However, I have learned to appreciate that these knives are color-coded! They stand out in the knife drawer, and you can always find the one you are looking for. Consequently, the right knife is used to get the job done.
The knives are indestructable and durable. We have owned ours 4-5 years and they show no unusual wear. Put them into the dishwasher! We don't do that with another knife (regretted it when we have), but these can take it. The knives are well-designed for function, comfortable to handle, strong, & sharp.
We love them and gave sets to our adult kids who always are commenting on how useful they are. Friends that visit and use ours comment favorably on them.
These aren't showy knives for formal dining nor will they impress anyone with your classy style. However, they do impress everyone who uses them. And, the price is nice.

Kaiser Bakeware Basic Tinplate 12-Inch Loaf Pan Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Tin pan is an understatement. I purchased this item as part of a promo thinking I would try it. I would have been better to just pay shipping rather than get to $25 for supersaver shipping. The pan is so think that things are constantly burning. It was in the house less than a month before it became a bolt holder in the garage. This product is nothing like the other kaiser products I own.

Wilton Easy Flex Silicone Mini Loaf Pan Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I purchased this wanting something easy to use for baking, it is great for making small corn bread or other specialty bread. I really like it for what I use it for. It takes a little getting used to as it is a not very solid and I put it in a small cake pan when I am baking with it. The bread comes out easy and it is very clean up.

Wilton Easy Flex Silicone 9 Inch by 5 Inch Loaf Pan Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I got the Wilton set, with muffin pan, cake pan, loaf pan. The first time I used it, the smell from the oven was overwhelmingly sickening, very chemical. I thought it was because I hadn't washed it first. After washing, it was the same. As soon as it heats up in the oven, it starts to STINK. SO I did some searching on the internet - quickly found out that you really want silicone bakeware that is 100% silicone. Cheaper brands use plastic fillers which causes the odor during baking. Turns out you can tell easily by twisting a bit of the silicone - if it turns whitish, it's got plastic fillers. Pure silicone will retain it's color. The Wilton immediately turns whitish when twisted. The smell while it's hot is just nasty. I'll be returning these today - I may exchange for a higher quality and give silicone another chance. ALSO - note that silicone is NOT non-stick - it is stick resistant but the manufacturers all still recommend greasing. Wilton says it clearly on their website.
