(More customer reviews)I was delighted to find these affordable boards after scouring the net for a 16 inch round tray, plate or board to use for serving Ethiopian food. It is very hard to find any large round, especially one that is flat and without a lip. What a neat, clean kitchen tool! I got 2 boards, and they are just big enough for the huge injera (sour dough bread), which is used as a plate for Ethiopian meals of kik wat (lentil stew), shiro (split peas), rice and salad. This way I can lay out the injera, place all the ingredients on it and bring it to the table easily. Ethiopian food is an absolutely fabulous taste treat, and this adds to the fun! My biggest problem is where to store them! With the pizza peel, i suppose. I love my new servers, and will probably paint some designs on them, knowing that if I screw that up, they can always be turned over!

(More customer reviews)I used these as gifts to go along with homemade flavored olive oil. They were exceptional considering the price and I got them fast and they were exactly as expected. These would also make good sushi plates, that is kinda what they looked like.

(More customer reviews)This is a great cutting board; it is large enough for almost anything and it has a solid weight to it so it won't slide around. Buy some bamboo oil for it too so it stays in good condition over time.
