(More customer reviews)I bought this specifically to carve cakes as one other reviewer indicated she had good results with this knife for cake carving. I have only used in one time to make a simple diagonal cut for a topsy turvy cake. Not impressed. its almost like it was dull even though it was brand new. I will try again on a future cake. Maybe it needed a warm up cake....
