(More customer reviews)I tried a few knife sets before settling on this one. I tried the Kitchenaid & Farberware sets and they cannot match the quality of these Cuisinarts. They are so sharp that I had to change the way I prepared vegs - they are like razors! They are heavy and well balanced. Did I mention sharp? Be careful!
